چکیده

The standard Λ Cold Dark Matter cosmological model provides a wonderful fit to current data, but few statistically significant tensions and anomalies were found in the latest data analyses. While these could be due presence of systematic errors experiments, they also indicate need for new physics beyond model. In this Letter Interest we focus on tension between Planck weak lensing measurements redshift surveys, value matter energy density Ωm amplitude σ8 (or growth rate fσ8) cosmic structure. We list promising models solving tension, discuss importance trying multiple datasets with complete physical models, rather than fitting individual handpicked theoretical parameters.

Loop Quantum Cosmology III: Wheeler–DeWitt Operators

In the framework of loop quantum cosmology anomaly free quantizations of the Hamiltonian constraint for Bianchi class A, locally rotationally symmetric and isotropic models are given. Basic ideas of the construction in (non-symmetric) loop quantum gravity can be used, but there are also further inputs because the special structure of symmetric models has to be respected by operators. In particu...

Intertwined mappings

— We show that, contrary to expectations, there exist pairs of formal and even analytic, non-commuting and non-elementary (neither algebraic nor algebraic-differential) mapping germs in Diff(C, 0) that are ‘entwined’ in a group relation W (f, g) = id. In the case of identity-tangent mappings, ‘twins’ exhibit, rather than analyticity, generic divergence , but of a particularly interesting sort: ...

Co-Evolving Intertwined Spirals

We recently solved the two spirals problem, a di cult neural network benchmark classi cation problem, using the genetic programming primitives set up by [Koza, 1992]. Instead of using absolute tness, we use a relative tness based on a competition for coverage of the data set. This is a form of co-evolutionary search because the tness function changes with the population. Because niches are open...

Numerical Simulations in Cosmology III: Dark Matter Halos

We give a review of different properties of dark matter halos. Taken from different publications, we present results on (1) the mass and velocity functions, (2) density and velocity profiles, and (3) concentration of halos. The results are not sensitive to parameters of cosmological models, but formally most of them were derived for popular flat ΛCDM model. In the range of radii r = (0.005 − 1)...

Chandra Cluster Cosmology Project Iii: Cosmological Parameter Constraints

Chandra observations of large samples of galaxy clusters detected in X-rays by ROSAT provide a new, robust determination of the cluster mass functions at low and high redshi„s. Statistical and systematic errors are now su ciently small, and the redshi„ leverage su ciently large for the mass function evolution to be used as a useful growth of structure based dark energy probe. In this paper, we ...
